INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Customer Focused

Customer-focused means having the willingness to go the extra mile to make sure our customers are amazed by our excellence as well as educating them where applicable, promoting products and services and building strong, lasting relationships with them. Working in a fast paced environment, you will be responsible for a number of tasks including front line customer liaison with responsibility for customer satisfaction. This Burlington based IT solution provider is growing quickly and offers excellent professional growth opportunities for individuals looking to further develop their sales skills.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Sales quotations
  • Account development over the phone.
  • Co-ordination with outside sales.
  • Technical knowledge a must.
  • Able to share information with coworkers while working closely in a team environment
  • Receive and answer prospective customers' sales inquiries and qualify leads by explaining types of service and products offered
  • Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales and solve problems
  • Order processing / order management
Qualifications
  • Energetic, hard working, and goal oriented individual.
  • College graduate or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to write business correspondence
  • Wide variety of business applications, including Internet, E-mail, Excel, Access
  • Must possess the ability to work with pricing from various suppliers and distributors
  • Must display self discipline necessary to interface effectively with customers, management, and all levels of employees
  • Must possess the ability to prioritize customers' issues while utilizing time management efficiently
SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER

Working in a fast paced environment, you will be responsible for a number of tasks including prospecting and business development, Account management and business forecasting. Burlington based IT solution reseller is growing quickly and offers excellent professional growth opportunities for individuals looking to further develop their sales skills.

As a dynamic and customer focused account manager, you meet the following requirements:
  • University or College degree (preferred)
  • Previous business to business direct sales experience
  • Proven experience in a sales and account management with a computer re-seller.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Focused on both business development and existing client management
  • Results oriented, excellent time management skills
  • Background cold calling new clients and setting up sales appointments
  • Closes the sale by addressing customer needs, developing innovative solutions, and consistently moving the customer towards commitment.

Sales Representative

Location: Burlington, Ontario
Skills Required: Excellent written and communication skills with proven Hunter skills and sales experience
Years Experience: 2-5 Years
A challenging opportunity exists for a Sales Representative based in our Burlington office. The successful candidate will be part of the sales team and is responsible for revenue development selling our products and services by managing long term strategic partnerships with potential new clients. You will need to reach or exceed identified sales targets which will be accomplished by developing solid long term relationships with new and current clients, learning their business and identifying and developing opportunities. A good understanding of the IT market space as well as writing professional solution-based proposals are key requirements. You will require the ability to work well independently as well as in a team environment.

Key Skills required :

  • Strong hunter mind set in developing new business by cold calling, networking and lead referrals.
  • Experience selling Hardware and software and related services
  • Strong presentation skills oral and written
  • Minimum 5 years Sales Experience
  • Work well with little supervision and work well in team based atmosphere
Compensation is based on high commission package and a extensive benefits package
